Sygnum has made a tokenised US dollar liquidity solution managed by Fidelity International available to accredited and institutional investors in Singapore. Access is provided by Sygnum Pte. Ltd., which holds a licence from the Monetary Authority of Singapore. Retail investors are excluded.

The product is Fidelity International’s first tokenised liquidity offering. It uses Sygnum’s Desygnate platform for issuance, with administration also conducted on-chain. Its net asset value (NAV) is published on-chain.

Following its initial launch in Zurich in May 2026, the solution has drawn participation from stablecoin issuers, asset managers, decentralised finance protocols and digital asset exchanges.

Emma Pecenicic, Fidelity International’s Head of Digital Assets Distribution, said the partnership with Sygnum combines liquidity with infrastructure designed for digital assets. Sygnum Singapore CEO Reto Marx said making the solution available through its licensed entity gives eligible investors in Singapore a way to hold liquidity on-chain.
