Southlinks adds shopping and golf facilities to 2027 development plans
The estate's developer is preparing for residential lot handovers in January 2027, with both new facilities scheduled to open that year.

Height Realty Inc. is preparing to hand over completed lots at Southlinks Estate in January 2027, while scheduling a shopping development and golf practice facility to open during the same year. The 33.6-hectare residential estate lies along Southvale Drive in the Daang Hari–Alabang corridor, south of Metro Manila.
The developer's retail plans call for two buildings, each a single storey, containing five shop units and a supermarket. Named Southlinks Promenade, the project occupies a 10,266-square-metre site, with roughly 80 per cent designated as open space.
Golf Range by Southlinks is to have 20 bays fitted with TrackMan technology, alongside space to practise putting and chipping. Plans also include a pro shop, restaurant and bar. The facility references the land's former use as a golf course.
Height Realty president and CEO Kevin Wong linked the additions to the company's aim of combining residential living with wellness and recreation. Southlinks has 336 residential lots and sets aside 40 per cent of its land as open space. Its planned amenities also encompass swimming pools, courts for four sports, a running track and a wellness garden.
