Thai and US exchanges agree to cooperate on dual listings
The memorandum covers five areas, including exchange-traded funds, indices and ESG products, according to SET.

A memorandum signed by the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) and the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) will provide a framework for dual listings and work on products and indices, SET said. The signing took place in New York City on September 24, 2026, with Thai Prime Minister Anutin Charnvirakul attending as a witness.
SET President Asadej Kongsiri outlined five fields for cooperation. Alongside dual listings, these cover developing exchange-traded funds (ETFs) and cross-listing them, market data and index products, developing ESG products and services, and sharing knowledge and information.
Asadej said links to international investors and capital would create additional fundraising opportunities for Thai listed businesses. He said the collaboration would also give overseas investors greater access to opportunities in Thailand and broaden financing choices for foreign businesses investing there, consistent with the BOI to IPO initiative.
NYSE Head of Strategic Operations and Corporate Affairs Will Goodwin said the agreement would strengthen links between the markets and create opportunities for investors and issuers. He said NYSE looked forward to helping support sustained growth in Thailand’s capital markets through cooperation with SET.
According to SET, the exchanges first worked together on market surveillance in 1992 and have since extended their cooperation into other areas.
