Rockwell housing partnership with Pag-IBIG spans affordable and premium homes
The initial coverage includes two accredited developments in Batangas, with approval being sought for other projects in Luzon.

A housing partnership between Rockwell Land Corp. and Pag-IBIG Fund will give eligible members financing options for properties ranging from affordable homes to premium residences. The two organisations signed a memorandum of understanding on October 13 under the Expanded Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino (Expanded 4PH) programme.
The first projects covered are Stonewell Acacia Homes and Stonewell Mahogany Homes, located in Sto. Tomas, Batangas. Both already have Pag-IBIG accreditation. Rockwell will select the developments and units to be included, with ready-for-occupancy homes among the options, and offer qualified members preferential prices and other incentives.
Pag-IBIG will support members through housing finance, loan counselling and guidance on homeownership decisions. Its chief executive, Marilene Acosta, said the arrangement would provide housing choices for members across different income groups.
According to Pag-IBIG, accreditation applications cover Stonewell Molave Homes and Terreno South in Lipa, Batangas. Residential lots at Terreno South are priced between ₱4 million and ₱7 million. Rockwell is also seeking approval for Anahaw Homes in San Antonio, Quezon, which offers completed houses with lots starting at ₱2 million.
Other projects awaiting accreditation are The Grove in Pasig; The Arton in Quezon City; Fordham and Larsen Towers in Sucat, Muntinlupa; and BenCab in Angeles City, Pampanga.
Pag-IBIG has raised its housing loan limit to ₱10 million. Promotional interest rates are available until December 31, 2026, with rates fixed for the initial three years. Loans exceeding the socialised housing ceiling but not exceeding ₱4.9 million carry a rate of 4.5 per cent; those above ₱4.9 million and up to ₱10 million carry 5.75 per cent.
