Revolut plans Singapore office as part of S$350 million expansion
The Collyer Quay Centre premises are due to open in early 2027, while the fintech company targets more than 300 local employees within three years.

Revolut is committing S$350 million over five years to expand in Singapore, with spending directed towards new products, recruitment and regional growth. A permanent office planned for Collyer Quay Centre is scheduled to begin operating in early 2027.
The UK-headquartered fintech company will occupy 8,880 sq ft after using co-working premises for seven years. Raymond Ng, its Singapore and South-east Asia chief executive, told The Business Times that the Singapore operation would lead expansion efforts across Asia. Several markets in the region are under evaluation, he said.
The company aims to employ more than 300 people locally within three years, compared with about 170 currently. Staffing rose by 95 per cent in 2025. Recruitment priorities include engineering, artificial intelligence, product management and data science. Ng said Revolut wanted to preserve its staffing mix: 70 per cent locals and 30 per cent foreigners.
Revolut has widened its services beyond a card geared towards travellers to an app for managing everyday finances. It reported that Singapore domestic transaction volumes climbed more than 30 per cent year on year in 2025, reaching nearly half of overall user activity.
Singapore business-customer numbers grew five times in 2025. Corporate deposit balances and transfer volumes each trebled between August 2025 and August 2026, while merchant card-payment volumes rose 10 times.
