Prodia plans 1:5 share split, cutting nominal value to Rp20
The Indonesian healthcare services provider plans to seek shareholder approval at an extraordinary general meeting on 23 November 2026.

PT Prodia Widyahusada Tbk. (PRDA) plans to split each ordinary share into five, reducing its nominal value from Rp100 to Rp20, according to a disclosure to the Indonesia Stock Exchange.
The proposal would increase the number of shares from 937,500,000 to 4,687,500,000. Prodia currently has a single share series, with each share carrying one vote. Management plans to put the split to shareholders at an extraordinary general meeting scheduled for 23 November 2026.
Prodia said the split would leave its authorised, issued and paid-up capital unchanged. Shareholders would retain the same ownership value and rights, with share numbers and prices adjusted proportionately.
The company is also conducting a share buyback in response to significant market fluctuations. Disclosed on 19 August 2026, the programme runs from 20 August to 19 November 2026 and is scheduled to finish before the shareholder meeting.
Prodia said repurchases would not exceed 20 per cent of paid-up capital and would comply with applicable requirements on the proportion of shares available for public trading.
