Nine companies in Indonesia’s IPO pipeline
Healthcare accounts for four prospective listings, while three companies in the pipeline have assets above Rp250 billion.

Nine companies were planning initial public offerings on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) as of 9 October 2026, according to the exchange’s director of listing assessment, Saidu Solihin. Seven companies had already listed, raising Rp2.16 trillion.
The exchange’s asset breakdown shows three prospective issuers with more than Rp250 billion in assets. Four companies fall in the medium-sized category, with assets between Rp50 billion and Rp250 billion, while two have assets below Rp50 billion.
Healthcare makes up the largest group in the pipeline, with four companies seeking listings. Energy accounts for two companies, while basic materials, finance and industrials each account for one.
By the end of August 2026, seven companies had listed and raised around Rp2.16 trillion, well below the same period a year earlier. Hasan Fawzi, the Financial Services Authority’s (OJK) chief executive for capital markets, financial derivatives and carbon exchange supervision, attributed the decline in prospective issuers to several factors. In a written statement cited on 4 October 2026, he said global market conditions, including greater geopolitical uncertainty, were affecting when companies chose to conduct public offerings.
