Mynt prices GCash parent’s IPO at ₱6.60 a share
The offering covers 8,027,409,600 common shares, with the Philippine Stock Exchange listing scheduled for October 20, 2026.

Investors will pay ₱6.60 per share in Mynt Inc.’s initial public offering, according to a regulatory disclosure from affiliate Globe Telecom. The company behind mobile wallet GCash has set October 20, 2026, as its listing date on the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE).
Globe reported that 8,027,409,600 common shares would be offered publicly. The transaction also carries an overallotment option covering as many as 1,204,111,400 secondary common shares.
The final price is lower than the offering’s previously established maximum of ₱10. Buying 100 shares at ₱6.60 would require ₱660, with applicable charges and fees payable on top of that amount.
GCash shares are expected to become available through the app’s GStocks service. Investors qualifying as Local Small Investors can use PSE EASy to subscribe.
GP Party-list Rep. Jan Padiernos, who sits on the House panel overseeing banks and financial intermediaries, said the price could enable more Filipinos to acquire a stake in the digital platforms. He said wider investment access should be paired with financial education, transparent disclosure and investor safeguards, so people understand the opportunities as well as the risks.
