Indonesian cement producer PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk (INTP) said president director Christian Kartawijaya had submitted his resignation as he approaches retirement. Commissioner Juan Francisco Defalque also tendered his resignation, citing personal reasons.

Shareholders are scheduled to decide on the resignations and proposed appointments at an extraordinary general meeting on 3 December 2026. The changes would affect the positions of president director, president commissioner and commissioner.

Indocement said its majority shareholder, Heidelberg Materials Group, had proposed appointing Kartawijaya as president commissioner in place of Roberto Callieri. Current deputy president director Jose Maria Magrina Vadillo has been proposed to succeed Kartawijaya as president director, while Callieri has been proposed as a commissioner to replace Defalque.

Corporate secretary Dani Handajani disclosed the resignations in a filing dated 19 October 2026 to the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). Management said it would fulfil its obligations for holding the extraordinary meeting under applicable capital market regulations.
