Impack Pratama announces Rp5-a-share interim dividend
The Indonesian company plans to pay Rp273,426,395,500 to shareholders on 30 October 2026 for its 2026 interim dividend.
PT Impack Pratama Industri Tbk. (IMPC) has announced a 2026 interim dividend of Rp5 per share, with a total payout of Rp273,426,395,500. Payment is scheduled for 30 October 2026, according to its disclosure to the Indonesia Stock Exchange.
The board of directors decided on the distribution on 13 October 2026. The board of commissioners had approved it on 12 October 2026.
IMPC reported profit attributable to the parent company of Rp446.5 billion for the period ended 30 June 2026, compared with Rp295.64 billion in the corresponding period a year earlier. Net revenue rose to Rp2.46 trillion from Rp1.9 trillion, supporting the increase in profit.
The company set the following dates for dividend entitlement and payment:
- Regular and negotiated markets cum-dividend date: 21 October 2026.
- Regular and negotiated markets ex-dividend date: 22 October 2026.
- Cash market cum-dividend date: 23 October 2026.
- Shareholder record date: 23 October 2026.
- Cash market ex-dividend date: 26 October 2026.
- Dividend payment date: 30 October 2026.
