The Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) has amended two regulations governing its Watchlist Board, changing provisions for placing equity securities on the board and trading them. The amendments were issued on 25 September and took effect on 28 September.

The exchange said the revisions followed monitoring of the Full Call Auction mechanism after its implementation, alongside a broader review of how the rules align with other Indonesian capital-market policies.

IDX said the adjustments aim to keep Watchlist Board placement criteria relevant to market conditions. They address alignment with transparency reforms and provisions covering minimum prices, liquidity, free float and secondary-market trading activity.

The changes concern Regulation Number I-X, which governs placement on the board, and Regulation Number II-X, which covers trading. IDX described the revisions as part of its continuing policy evaluation intended to improve trading mechanisms.
