HRTA plans private placement of up to 460,526,240 shares
The Indonesian jeweller plans to use the proceeds for working capital, mainly gold purchases, subject to independent shareholder approval.

Indonesian jewellery seller PT Hartadinata Abadi Tbk (HRTA) plans to issue up to 460,526,240 shares through a private placement, with proceeds earmarked for working capital, principally purchases of gold raw materials.
According to its disclosure to the Indonesia Stock Exchange, the proposed shares represent a maximum of 10 per cent of the company’s fully paid-up shares and carry a nominal value of Rp100 each. HRTA will first seek approval at an independent shareholders’ general meeting scheduled for 16 October 2026.
The company said it would buy gold granules or bars from unaffiliated suppliers registered in MinerbaOne, a digital platform developed by the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources to regulate and oversee Indonesia’s mineral and coal mining sector. The gold would then be processed into the company’s products.
Purchase quantities, transaction values, timing and allocations among suppliers will be decided later, taking account of market conditions, suppliers’ raw material prices and other relevant factors.
HRTA shares were up 1.99 per cent at Rp2,050 at 14:18 WIB, with market capitalisation reaching Rp9.39 trillion.
