GoTo investors back cancellation of 32 billion treasury shares
Shareholders also approved Catherine Hindra Sutjahyo’s resignation from her position as deputy president director.

PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk’s shareholders voted at the company’s 2026 extraordinary general meeting to cancel 32 billion treasury shares, representing 2.7 per cent of outstanding shares. The meeting also accepted the departure of deputy president director Catherine Hindra Sutjahyo.
President commissioner Agus Martowardojo said the cancellation would give shareholders proportionally larger ownership stakes and greater participation in GoTo’s future growth. He expressed appreciation for Catherine’s dedication and contribution to the company.
In a written statement on 14 October 2026, group president director Hans Patuwo described shareholders’ approval of every agenda item as a sign of trust in GoTo’s direction. He said GoTo had a responsibility to preserve that confidence by continuing to provide long-term value.
The post-meeting management line-up lists Hans Patuwo as president director, alongside directors Simon Tak Leung Ho, Monica Lynn Mulyanto, R.A. Koesoemohadiani, Wuzhen (William) Xiong and Sudhanshu Raheja.
Agus D. W. Martowardojo is listed as president commissioner. John A. Prasetio, Dirk Van den Berghe and Marjorie Tiu Lao are independent commissioners, while Wishnutama Kusubandio, Andre Soelistyo and Santoso Kartono are commissioners.
