Mynt Inc. has priced its initial public offering at ₱6.60 for each share, according to an October 2 disclosure by affiliate Globe Telecom. The parent of mobile wallet GCash is offering 8,027,409,600 common shares to the public.

Globe’s regulatory filing with the Philippine Stock Exchange also detailed an overallotment option covering up to 1,204,111,400 secondary common shares. The IPO could amount to about ₱60 billion.

Mynt has scheduled October 20, 2026, for its shares to begin trading on the exchange. Both the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Philippine Stock Exchange have approved the planned offering.

The company previously said the offer would include primary and secondary shares, representing 12 per cent to 13.8 per cent of its post-IPO shares. Existing shareholders would hold about 88 per cent following the base offer. Their holdings would be about 86.2 per cent if the overallotment option were exercised in full.
