Frasers and Mitsubishi to redevelop Singapore River site with 407 homes
The mixed-use scheme is due to launch in 2027 and finish in 2031, with 184 Frasers Suites serviced residences planned.

Frasers Property says its joint venture with Mitsubishi Estate will build a mixed-use development beside the Singapore River, featuring 407 luxury homes and sky villas. Dining, retail and lifestyle offerings will also form part of the project.
The Singapore-listed developer, owned by Thai billionaire Charoen Sirivadhanabhakdi and his family, will hold 51% of the venture. Mitsubishi Estate will own 49%.
Plans for the River Valley location, close to Singapore's central business district, include 184 serviced residences carrying the Frasers Suites brand. The development will have up to 54,309 square metres of gross floor area, with a 2027 launch scheduled ahead of completion in 2031.
The site is occupied by Valley Point, which contains retail and offices, and Frasers Suites Singapore. EdgeProp Singapore reported that operations at both properties are expected to end on March 31, 2027.
The two partners also made the highest bid in April for a residential plot in Kallang: S$610.8 million. That site can accommodate 470 homes.
Another Frasers redevelopment plan, announced in late 2024, involves replacing Robertson Walk and Fraser Place Robertson Walk with a condominium of 348 units.
