Eonmetall Group Bhd (EGB) said trading in its shares on Bursa Malaysia’s Main Market will be halted at 9am on Wednesday, Nov 4, 2026, ahead of its delisting following completion of a selective capital reduction (SCR).

Investors will have until 5pm on Tuesday, Nov 3, 2026, to trade the shares before the suspension begins. Eonmetall said the trading halt will remain in place until EGB is removed from Bursa Malaysia’s official list.

Under the SCR, shareholders recorded in EGB’s record of depositors and/or register of members at 5pm on Thursday, Nov 5, 2026, will qualify for the cash payment, except Eonmetall Corporation Sdn Bhd and Datuk Goh Cheng Huat.

The company put the consideration at RM0.45 for each share held on that entitlement date. It said shareholders entitled to the payment would receive the capital repayment within 10 days of the entitlement date.
