Dudung Abdurachman submits resignation as NSSS independent commissioner
The Indonesian palm oil company will seek shareholder approval for the resignation and changes to its boards at an extraordinary general meeting.

Indonesia’s Coordinating Minister for Political and Security Affairs, Dudung Abdurachman, has submitted his resignation as an independent commissioner of PT Nusantara Sawit Sejahtera Tbk (NSSS). The palm oil plantation company said it received his resignation letter on 2 October 2026.
In a disclosure to the Indonesia Stock Exchange cited on 16 October 2026, the company did not give a reason for his departure. Management said it would follow the procedures required by the company’s articles of association and applicable laws and regulations.
Those steps include seeking shareholders’ approval at an extraordinary general meeting for the resignation, along with changes to the composition of the board of directors and board of commissioners.
NSSS said the resignation would have no materially adverse effect on its operations, legal affairs, financial position or business continuity. Dudung, a retired Indonesian army general, has served as coordinating minister for political and security affairs since 5 October 2026.
