Aims Apac Reit raises second-quarter distribution per unit by 5.4%
First-half revenue increased 8.5 per cent to S$101.6 million, while net property income reached S$75.9 million.

Aims Apac Real Estate Investment Trust (AA Reit) reported a second-quarter distribution per unit of S$0.02571 for financial year 2027, a year-on-year increase of 5.4 per cent from S$0.0244. The quarter ended in September.
In an Oct 15 bourse filing, its manager attributed the quarterly performance to increased revenue, recent acquisitions and reduced financing costs. Distribution per unit was also 10 per cent above the preceding quarter’s S$0.02337.
Payment is scheduled for Dec 11, with Oct 28 set as the record date. The payout consists of S$0.02411 per unit in taxable income and S$0.0016 in capital.
For the first half, distribution per unit reached S$0.04908, compared with S$0.0472 a year earlier, an increase of 4 per cent. Unitholder distributions totalled S$40.5 million, up 4.9 per cent from S$38.6 million.
First-half revenue advanced to S$101.6 million from S$93.7 million, an 8.5 per cent rise. Net property income increased 11.1 per cent, reaching S$75.9 million against S$68.4 million previously.
The manager said higher rents and recoveries across logistics, warehouse and industrial properties supported growth. Acquisitions in Western Australia and Singapore, alongside a stronger Australian dollar, also contributed. These gains were partly offset by revenue lost after 8 Senoko South Road was sold for S$15 million in April 2026.
Portfolio occupancy was 93.7 per cent on Sep 30, rising to 95.1 per cent when committed leases were included. Renewed leases recorded positive rental reversion of 5.7 per cent, while tenant retention was 73.6 per cent.
Aggregate leverage reached 37.4 per cent at September’s end, compared with 26.8 per cent on Mar 31. The blended funding cost for debt fell from 4.2 per cent a year earlier to 3.9 per cent.
