TNL Helps Residents In City Of Meridian

Mar 14, 2020

March 14, 2020 - /PressAdvantage/ - Meridian, Idaho based TNL Meridian ID #1 is eager to share their perspective of the recent reports regarding the fast growth of the local job market. While many find themselves better off than in previous years, the lender is quick to reassure the community they serve that their financial services will continue to be available to those who still need a helping hand. More information about the company and their various services can be found at the following link: https://www.thenetlender.com/locations/auto-title-loans-meridian-id-4124.

According to a recent article from the Meridian Press, growth in Meridian’s labor market accounted for 23% of the Treasure Valley’s job growth between 2013 and 2018, and 12% of the state itself. These jobs were most prevalent in the retail trade, followed by construction, accommodations and food services and professional and technical services. The administrative and waste services as well as the finance and insurance fields made up a sizable complement of this growth as well. For context, Treasure Valley includes all the lowland areas from Vale in rural eastern Oregon to Boise. It is also the most populated area in Idaho.

“From second quarter 2013 to second quarter 2018,” the article states, “there was a 34% increase in the total employment in Meridian. That’s equal to 11,885 new jobs, according to data from the Idaho Department of Labor. That's a steeper growth rate than what was seen in Boise—18%—and Nampa—25%—during the same time period.”

The article goes on to say that part of this job growth correlates with the growth of Meridian’s population. In 2013, for instance, it’s population was 84,336. Since then, however, the city has witnessed a 20% growth that brought it to an estimated 106,000 by mid 2018. Similarly, its median household income rose $5,193, from $59,080 to $64,273 from 2014 to 2017. City officials are also said to be optimistic that this period of growth will extend for some time to come. This is especially notable given that Meridian’s job market grew by 34% while the state’s grew by just under 16% and the nation by 9%. By most accounts, the region is doing well.

As TNL notes, however, not all success is distributed equally. Certain industries have not experienced this level of economic success, and not everyone in the industries that are booming have come out ahead as much as their peers. On the same note, the company points out that many people are still dealing with debts that they had previously accumulated. While this new period of success is likely to give people some more breathing room (in financial terms), others will find themselves in only slightly less trouble than they were before.

TNL Meridian ID #1 wishes to remind these residents that they are not forgotten, and the company’s services will always be open to all those who need them. The company understands that some will find they have financial trouble no matter what they do, and a quick injection of funds can often make the difference between missing a payment and making it to next month’s paycheck. Fortunately, this is exactly the sort of service that TNL provides.

Their customers are often delighted to discover that there is a low barrier of entry to apply for the company’s financial aid, much lower than other institutions (such as banks). For instance, the company does not require that an applicant possess a good credit score. This is due to the fact that they base their services around each customer’s vehicle title, which is used as collateral in the process. TNL’s customers are also allowed to retain the use of their vehicle over the course of their repayment period.

Given that the company is aware how vulnerable many of their customers are, they also take great pains to ensure that no customer signs on to a repayment plan that they cannot reasonably adhere to. In all situations, TNL strives to help their customers. For this reason, they avoid any practices that may be predatory in nature, such as urging customers into accepting financial aid they cannot repay in a fair manner. Instead, the company offers their expertise to every customer to ensure that they always understand all the options at their disposal.
