The launch comes as burnout and workload pressures continue to affect business leaders. According to DDI’s 2025 Global Leadership Forecast, 71 percent of leaders worldwide reported significantly higher stress since stepping into their current roles. Among those leaders, 54 percent were concerned about burnout, while only 30 percent said they had enough time to fulfill their responsibilities.
Against this backdrop, Take Breaks, Work Better applies the 3.3 Rule to help business owners structure their workdays. The method recommends up to three hours of focused work, followed by a recovery period equal to at least 30 percent of the time worked. The course extends this approach to scheduling, workload planning, individual work habits, and team practices.
The program features nine on-demand modules covering topics such as time habits, capacity, scheduling, implementation, and team adoption.
