Ramachandran is an award-winning innovative leader based in Zurich with 20 years of experience working in multicultural teams and geographies, including the United States, Europe, the Middle East, India, and Southeast Asia. She brings a wealth of experience in digital and business transformation. She is currently working at the intersection of human capital and technology and is on the Board of Directors of Oxford instruments, a FTSE 250 company. Ramachandran coaches and mentors several young women in universities that have encouraged them to opt for STEM careers and minority ethnic groups to help them advance in their careers.
