United States, September 23, 2026 -- Panside Heating and Air LLC, a licensed HVAC contractor based in Panama City, has launched a redesigned company website that brings its residential, light commercial, vacation rental and property management services together in one place. The new site went live in August 2026 and gives Bay County, Walton County and Washington County residents a clearer way to understand what the company does, where it works and who will show up at the door.

Alongside the new website, Panside currently holds a 4.9-star rating on Panside Heating and Air on Google, where local homeowners and rental owners have reviewed its repair and installation work.
The relaunch organizes the business into 18 dedicated service pages and 12 community pages. Each service page covers one type of work, from AC repair services in Panama City and new system installation to heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, duct cleaning, dehumidifiers, zoning and smart thermostats. Each community page covers a specific part of the service area, including Panama City Beach, Lynn Haven, Callaway, Parker, Southport, Springfield, Youngstown, West Bay, Cedar Grove, Sunny Hills and Santa Rosa Beach.
Homeowners along the Gulf Coast face long cooling seasons, heavy humidity and salt air, and the new pages explain those local conditions in plain language. The site also adds a growing library of local guides on hurricane season preparation, coastal corrosion, humidity control and seasonal maintenance for Bay County homes, and a dedicated page on HVAC maintenance plans in Bay County explains how routine tune-ups help systems handle the coastal climate.
A major part of the redesign focuses on short-term rentals. Beach towns along the Emerald Coast depend on vacation homes and condos, and a cooling failure during a guest stay can cost an owner both a booking and a review. The new vacation rental page explains how the company schedules work around tight checkout and check-in windows for Airbnb, VRBO and condo owners in Panama City Beach, 30A and Santa Rosa Beach.

Panside Heating and Air was founded in July 2022, but its story starts earlier. After a hurricane tore through his home, founder Lee Quick was left with ruined ductwork and no budget to hire someone to replace it. He rebuilt the system himself and discovered he had a real skill for the work. Before moving into HVAC, he spent about 25 years across the building trades, framing houses, working on high-rise construction, wiring electrical systems, running remodels and handling plumbing. He has now spent eight years focused on heating and cooling.
That background shapes how the company takes on difficult jobs. Rebuilding a rotted equipment platform, reworking ductwork so a new unit fits correctly, or diagnosing a system that other contractors could not solve are the kinds of calls the company regularly accepts. Quick remains hands-on for roughly 90 percent of service calls, which means the person who answers the phone is usually the same person who diagnoses and repairs the system. The full background of the founder and the company is available on the company website.

"HVAC is the culmination of every trade I've ever done in one shell," said Lee Quick, owner of Panside Heating and Air. "My name's on it. It's going to be right, or it's not going to be done. I would rather tell a homeowner the honest answer about a repair than sell them something they don't need, because a good experience today is how you earn a customer for life."
The redesigned site also gives landlords and management companies a single point of contact. The company's property management page outlines service for managed homes, rental units and multi-property portfolios across Panama City, Bay County and Walton County. One condo owner with five units in Panama City Beach described Quick in a public review as a true technician who finds the real problem instead of simply replacing parts.
Coverage along Scenic Highway 30A has its own section as well. Panside works as an HVAC contractor for 30A beach communities, including Seaside, WaterColor, Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach and nearby neighborhoods, where many homes are second residences or rental properties that sit empty for weeks at a time.

Panside Heating and Air works on all brands, makes and models, including light commercial systems for restaurants, retail shops and offices. The company is licensed, bonded and insured under Florida license CAC1822416 and pulls the required permits for installation work. Every job is backed by a one-year labor warranty and a satisfaction guarantee, and manufacturer parts carry coverage of up to 10 years. The company reports more than 2,250 completed repairs and installations since opening.
The name Panside is a play on the Panhandle. Office hours run from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily, with after-hours availability for heating and cooling emergencies.
Homeowners, rental owners and property managers can view the full list of services and communities on the new company website or reach the company directly by phone.
