“I got into the private jet industry by developing a strong network in NYC, when I was exploring the prospect of entering luxury real estate. I did not make any money for the first year because I was learning the “ins and outs” of the industry. (Aircrafts, cabin space, etc.) I eventually moved to California to pursue my aspirations of entering the private jet industry and through my network I got connected with French Montana. He was my first big client and ever since then I have been very intentional about providing the best experience for my clients. My Theory has always been to remain consistent, work hard, and to truly understand that your network really is your net worth!”

“Julian, How did you overcome challenges and business failure?”

“One of the most important things I focused on over the last 9 years was personal development. This got me through my most difficult times. Reading books like Think And Grow Rich”, “How To Win Friends And Influence People”, and “Developing The Leader Within You”, changed my mindset and my thought process. I went from someone who got kicked out of college and hated reading, to someone who could not put down a book about success and change!”

“Kelvin, How many hours a week do you work now and how many when you first started?

“I honestly work from the moment i wake up until i go to bed. I travel a lot and am always on another time zone so sometimes schedule is crazy but I am always working on another deal, jet booking, or business plan. When i first started, i worked a lot as well but It was ground work and lots of time put into learning the skills. I did not make much money at all but i was putting in the hours day and night!”

“Julian, How do I start an online business?”

“In this day and age most of us have access to a cell phone and the internet. That is exactly how I started! I would suggest focusing on what you are passion about. After identifying what you’re passionate about, turn your passion into profit. For example, if you love collecting baseball cards, you could start a baseball collectors Instagram account, build it up, and eventually monetize it. Additionally, you can look for problems in the world and try to find a solution through creating a product or service. If you don’t have any ideas at all, you can always partake in affiliate marketing where you market someone else’s products through word of mouth marketing and social media marketing. In affiliate marketing, you receive the training, mentorship, and foundation of selling which is the industry that helped me make my first dollar online.

“What’s next for PJ KEV?”

“Just know that I can’t stop wont stop! There is always progress to be made,people/communities to help, and deals to close. Right now I’m traveling more and working on getting into TV/Film. I have a love for traveling so that’s not going to stop but I am focused on adding new brand partnerships to my portfolio in 2020.
